Made on the brink of the pandemic, we contemplate the quickly spreading virus as not just physical or biological but also a psychic epidemic.
Now we have ventured beyond the boundaries of the subconscious we provoke the destructive antipode of ‘Transcendence’ – it is only in addressing this duality that we can truly understand the new zone of experience.
To truly shatter the illusory nature of reality is to understand polarity, we cannot remain in a state of all-encompassing positivity forever – to do so would be living in a state of dissolution. Where we were previously driven by creative forces, we are naturally led into this opposing cataclysm.
At this stage, there is no hope in conciliating this growing sense of fear, as it appears to be fuelled by a benevolent force. All we can sense is a feeling of traveling further down into this unknowable darkness.
Human concerns like procreation now seem alien and illogical amongst the chaos and detachment of this domain.
“Instead of being at the mercy of wild beasts, earthquakes, landslides, and inundations, modern man is battered by the elemental forces of his own psyche.”
